In 2016, I hiked the Inka Trail to Machu Picchu. Like everything I do, I planned ahead by reading numerous recommendations from those who had taken the trek before me. That planning and research paid off. I had an amazing experience and felt well prepared throughout the 4-day adventure. Although I did curse myself a couple times for not opting to take the train instead of the 26 mile hike. But despite the high altitude, less than pleasing toilet situation, mental and physical fatigue, I kept going. I’m that person. Once I say I’ll do something, I do it. While reaching Machu Picchu was wonderful, the true reward was in the journey itself.

I put that planning and perseverance to work every day in my work. I am a proactive, strategy-minded and focused marketing professional with a proven record of developing and implementing key plans for B2B and B2C marketing opportunities, trade shows, event planning initiatives and sales communications.
